Equine law covers all activities dealing with horses, horse welfare, equestrian sports, riders and rider safety.  It is called horse law.  Equine law deals with issues involving all types of horses, horse activities, horse riders and owners and the horse industry.  In the United States, federal, state and local laws govern this area of practice.
